Wonderful Waxwings

These 2 beauties were found in Broadway Avenue, Giffard Park by Alan Nelson and were showing exceptionally well when I got there.
They were feeding on Mistletoe berries

Tonight Paul and I had a drive around the country roads of North Bucks in the hope of finding some Owls.

Although we only managed to see one Tawny Owl, we did hear at least nine Tawnies and 2 Little owls on our trek around Tyringham, Filgrave, Olney, Weston Underwood, Stoke Goldington and Gayhurst.
